While Disney is postponing all releases scheduled for the next two years by several months, Universal has made a different decision for the sequel to one of its most successful films in recent years.
Although the film release has been skipped because of the coronavirus, viewers will not have to wait any longer to see Trolls World Tour: the DreamWorks cartoon will arrive in Italy directly on the mainstreaming rental platforms.
Starting from 10 April on Sky Primafila, Apple TV, Google Play, Chili, Tim Vision, Mediaset Play and Rakuten Tv it will be possible to find Poppy and Branch, already protagonists of Trolls (2016), in a new adventure on their origins. The two discover that their tribe is only one of the six Troll tribes spread over six different lands and that is expressed through six different types of music: Funk, Country, Techno, Classical, Pop, and Rock.
In the American cast, the voices of Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake (who with the first film launched the song Can’t Stop the Feeling !, nominated for the Oscar) are added, as well as those of Ozzy Osbourne, Mary J. Blige, and Kelly Clarkson. In Italian instead, Elisa and Alessio Barnabei are replaced by Francesca Michielin and Stash, singer and guitarist of The Kolors. In the cast of Italian voices also Elodie and Sergio Sylvestre.
Dang! #TrollsWorldTour is available to watch at home on demand now!
